What time and how often are messages sent to my mobile phone?
Messages are sent to subscribers Monday through Friday somwhere between 7 and 10am local time. Local time is based on the location specified in your client area profile.
Why don't you cover my country yet?
Due to the complexity of delivering SMS TXT messages to various places around the world, we try to test and trial our service in each area before we open things up to everyone. If you would like to suggest a country you feel we should cover and are able to help us with testing, please contact us. We would love to be able to serve you.
Why do you charge for this service?
Each SMS costs somewhere between 5 and 10 cents to send, at present we have no other way of covering the costs of providing this service. That's why we charge a small but we feel reasonable subscription fee.
What does it cost to receive your messages?
thetxtmsg.com only charges the subscription fee, generally in most parts of the world there is no cost associated with receiving SMS TXT messages, however please check with your provider to ensure that there are no costs associated with receiving SMS messages.
Why can I only pay using Paypal or Bank Deposit?
At present we utilise Paypal or direct bank deposit for our payments. With Paypal you can use either funds in your Paypal account or a Credit Card. You don't have to be a Paypal member to utilise Paypal payments.
Are you going to provide other payment methods?
We are always looking at different payment alternatives while keeping things simple for our clients. If you have any particular suggestions, needs or requirements please don't hesitate to contact us.
